Hair fall is a normal process and is abnormal only if more than 100 hair/day is lost. If you feel you r having hair loss of around more than 100 hair/ day, then you need to consult Dermatologist.
Considering your history, age and sex, i feel you might be having Telogen effluvium, which is a temporary loss of hair after a stressful event like infection(COVID), surgery, accident, pregnancy. But, this hair fall is reversible.
If hormones changes present, then you'll have other symptoms like excess facial hair(hirsutism), menstrual problems, obesity also.
