Hello,he should have small frequent meals , no fat , no high calorie food items, exercise daily half to one hour in the morning ,jogging ,swimming ,skipping , any thing he would like to do . He should drink lot of water atleast 2-4 litre per day , avoiding non vegetarian food items or confining it to once a week is better . Yoga and meditation helps in relieving stress.
