Exam anxiety is a common experience, but there are effective strategies to help you overcome it and perform at your best. Deep breathing can help calm your nerves. Take a few slow, deep breaths before and during the exam to relax your body and mind. Alsi, get adequate rest before the exam and in between studies. Avoid last minute cramming, believe in yourself in whatever you have prepared and can do well. All the best.

I understand the challenges you face with exam anxiety. To overcome this, try incorporating mindfulness techniques and positive self-talk to stay calm during exams. Visualization can help boost confidence in your abilities. Ensure you are well-prepared and organized for each exam. Break down tasks and manage your time effectively to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Prioritize getting enough rest, eating healthily, and engaging in regular exercise. Practice under test conditions to simulate the exam environment and build familiarity. Avoid comparing yourself to others, as each individual has unique strengths. Remember, exam nerves are normal, but with practice and self-compassion, you can improve your performance
