Evening rise fever since 4 months
I have fever from 3 months which doesn't goes above 100 F
I have done test for typhoid, tb and nothing is found

Having fever in the evening is not a good sign and it most probably indicates towards tuberculosis. Do not trust on the test has many times tuberculosis maybe of some other reason and might not get caught in the test. If you are facing other symptoms of tuberculosis such as weight loss loss of appetite night sweats weakness fever then you must start on antitubercular medicine. If you want to confirm your presence of tuberculosis then there is a test available that is called TB gold test and you can get that done from Lal path labs.
