What is her age?? Whether she is getting regular period or not?? Because in old age this much thickening of endometrium is not good.Consult to gynaecologist and get done D& Cm

Transvaginal sonography is better way to measure endometrial thickness. Premenstrual it is more and post menstrual it is less. Everything will depend on her age, days of menstruation when sonography done.
