Kindly avoid using the cream
Maintain cleanliness wear loose cotton undergarments. Avoid using dettol or disinfectant or any harsh soap
Does she have any vaginal discharge
When did she have her last periods
Does she have diabetes or any other medical condition
Does she have itching anywhere else

Maintain hygiene. Avoid ordinary soap on that area. Use clean cotton undergarments. Check blood sugar. You may need antifungal therapy after consulting Doctor
