Currently I am taking Omega 3 Fish Oil and L Arginine 3Mg daily. Should I also include Vitamin D in my diet and if yes, which one, please recommend the name. Healthy afternoon sir,
Your 20s and 30s are unique stage of life, and taking the right supplements can help you feel your best.
Vitamin D, magnesium, omega 3, B-vitamin and iron all important vitamins and supplements you may need.
In addition to daily health habits such as good nutrition, physical activity and sleep is important.
Make healthy foods choices:
Choose water:
If you’re not interested in water, choose variety of sugar free drink like unsweetened milk, soy milk beverages and sparkling water.
Add sugar free flavour enhancing products, mint, fruits like lemon, lime, cucumbers, orange wedges to tap or sparkling water for additional variety and flavours
