Essential Tremor in my hands
I have hand jerk and i don't have any medical problems recently (as i know) the only news that my final exams are too close and i took some pills to keep me awake for the longest period that i can and i can't stop taking them for these days but my hand keep shaking and this not helpful and stressful The pills names 1- Arcalion forte 2- Aromdacure 150 mg

You are suffering from Anxiety. The medicines which you have mentioned can cause tremors in some individuals. I don't know how many extra marks you will score by keeping awake under effect of these medicines but you will develop brain fatigue which will prevent you from putting in your best efforts.
