I've had a past history of random pain from right hip to right leg for years and got my report today with haemoglobin 12.5, mild anemia, RBC 4.22, packed cell volume 37.7% ESR is 27 with borderline high LDL and triglycerides

Just marginally deranged lipids, can be improved with life style changes. Avoid fatty,  sugary, food, alcohol, heavy meals in evening. Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits. Do regular physical exercise and relax adequately.
