You need to consult a psychiatrist for medication and a Clinical Psychologist of managing the symptoms of OCD. I'm saying this assuming that you have received a diagnosis from a Mental health professional. If you have googles or are assuming an Illness I request you please consult a Psychiatrist first, get a diagnosis and start an appropriate line of treatment.

Hi, Self ERP can be difficult to manage in the beginning because it requires guidance , a lot of discipline and motivation. It's advisable to do ERP with a licensed therapist who specializes in OCD and ERP. Their knowledge and experience will help you understand your experiences , anxiety and teach you how to empower yourself. You will eventually learn to do your own ERP exercises to help manage your symptoms. The earlier treatment begins, the more likely it is to make a difference for you to learn to confront anxiety to control it in a healthy manner.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
