Erosive gastritis
I had endrospocy 1 year ago and revealed multiple erosion in Fundus ,body and atrium.i am facing chest pain ,upper back pain ,acidic burping that result in throat and ear pain. Took ppi for 10-12 week 2 times a day and get completely fine for next 3 month.but again symptoms come back after getting viral fever(took paracetomol,antibiotic) .why its reoccur ? Need to take medicine for more weeks ?please help

Yes you will need to take medication again as these ulcers come back due to poor lifestyle. Please see a gastroenterologist, who may repeat endoscopy, also ask for h pylori test to be done.
