Erosion of tooth enamel

The enamel on my teeth is badly eroded due to which I get a lot of sensitivity. A homeopathic doctor has advised using Plantago mouthwash. Can I try it? Will there be any negative side effects?

Enamel is lost means it's Abration most of the times...it can be due to wrong brushing techniques... please contact Dentist and see the real cause of enamel loss...if problem is severe than other Advanced Dental Care treatment have to be done.
