Erection problem
I have married before 6 months back , I have erection problem during intercourse , erection can't maintain till last which comes out but Same problem I never face any problem during masterbation and again I don't have smoking and drinking habits , can you please me in this

Hello..... Masturbation iself causes premature ejaculation if you over do it... So avoid it... Maintain healthy fit body... Don't always think of sex... Have nutritious food.. Don't take medicines for this problem.... Do yoga and meditation ,breathing techniques helps to control your body activities... Consult psychiatrist once..
