Erection problem due to masturbation
I'm a 24-year-old male, masturbating since 14. I usually masturbate mostly when I watch porn. This habit really took a toll on me as I don't get a proper erection. I saw a sexologist a year back and he prescribed some medication which did improve my erection since due porn-watching habit I was where I started out. In the sexologist observation, he said you are not addicted to porn but porn becomes part of the normal activity which you should abstain. I tried but still somehow I end watching porn
