Erection problem due to Accident
I meet with an accident 1month before and got hit near my genital area with bood cloat, muscle hardness and bulging near my genital area. Currently I have muscle hardness in some part of my genital area and also I am have erectile issue after this accident which I found few days back. Please let me know how should I proceed further with my dialysis to analyze and sort the issue also how to treat this issue.

Yes trauma can cause this issues.. due to injury to vessels that are directly passing blood supply to your penis ..but it's almost reversible.. although generally it takes a time like 3-6 months
