When I have sex once I am aroused penis getting erected and after few second again erection down again I need to masturbate to arouse so I need to maintain the erection without ejaculation my frd suggest me one tablet called

Hi.. history is suggestive of erectile dysfunction ( ED) for which tadalafil is commonly prescribed..
dapoxetine is prescribed for premature ejaculation- your history doesn’t suggest PE
