Hi,
Iam 47 Male. Iam not able to get natural erections for the past 6 to 7 months. If at all I get it's not as hard to penetrate. Feeling frustrated. Kindly help me out pease.

U need a detailed consultation with an experienced Andrologist/ Urologist.
He will identify the cause and treat u accordingly
