Erection Issue
I got married 6 months earlier. We were not able to do sex despite multiple tries due to some penetration issues as my wife was experiencing pain. Now, whenever we start trying for penetration, my penis gets soft and loses hardness suddenly. The erection is only for very small duration and hardness is not good enough. Can you let me know how can I treat this both in long term and short term. Also, we are planning to try for child this month, hence, is there anything i can take to maintain erection with no side effects.

Hello, It seems you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon? At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as: * erectile dysfunction (ED) * impotence * sexual dysfunction In your case I believe you have developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.

I think your wife had vaginismus so you couldn’t penetrate . You developed ED after several unsuccessful attempts to penetrate . If this is so, treating your ED alone will not help . Your wife has to be seen by an experienced female sexologist to see if she has vaginismus. Once it has been treated , some medicine for you will work
