Erection dysfunction
Hi, I work with an IT comoany, and constanly & regularly doing night shifts. Feel tired most of the time. Having problem with erection since last 2-3 months, low on libido. The erection goes down before any actual intercourse has been done. Now, i feel bit low and hesitated to get into bed with my partner. Advice needed.

For Erectile Dysfunction: Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb. Manmath ras. Nd tb. Sidh makardhwaj bati. One each morning & evening for 3 months. Wd hot milk. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally.

Hi The disturbance in life style is the culprit. Please get adequate sleep, go to walk for 30 minutes and be intimate with your partner for pleasure,not for intercourse. Every pleasure activity may not end in intercourse so don't avoid intimacy Dr Saatiish Jhuntrraa

You probably have developed a cycle of performance anxiety die to a few bad episodes. A lot of your symptoms appear to me to be stress related. You should see a Urologist to rule out any other cause. Try to get out of night shifts and cut down on stress.
