Erectile dysfunction
I was in depression since very long but there was no sexual issue. Last year I took Nortrypline for around 1.5 month and then amitrypline for around 20 days and it was ok. But after quitting the medicine, I started facing sexual issues. It started from soft erection and now there is complete loss of erection. There is no morning erection also. It is been 5 months since that and now there is total lack of desire and sexual thoughts. Testosterone level is 420. Vit b12 is low. Is it side effect of medicine ? How to recover from it.
