Hello as such Masturbation is Normal and healthy way to release sexual tension till you do it in limit and it doesn't impact your day to day activities, your thought process. From your description it seems you are addicted to masturbation and experiencing ED issue. Please don't assume it's Neurogenic or Vasculogenic ED. Also taking some medicine to get your erection back will not help you to get rid off this addiction. Please speak to experts and discuss your issues, understanding about masturbation, any other associated symptoms like anxiety, worries, depressive thoughts, concentration issues etc etc. This will help you to get help and lead happy life.
