Hi my husband is unable to erect. Two years ago we went to urologist and once a week he took Duraplus tablet but now he is unable to erect even with Duraplus.

Duraplus is used towards increasing the timing. I understand your husband issue is more towards erection then towards increasing his timing.
Let me explain you about his issue in brief -
It seems he is getting Erection but it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate. Even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection.
At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as:
