Hello Doctor this is Arif khan I have erection problem, my penis gets erected while sleeping and even in early morning but when I want to go for sex I am not able to erect my penis.whom to consult and is it curable ?

This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks.
