Sir , my right testicle is swollen and I have been diagnosed with epidynamitis , when semen culture is taken its sterile for pathogens . I have been put on medication doxycyclin and cymoral forte for 20 days as long as I use them no swelling is seen . Immediately after stoping I am seeing swelling . Please kindly treat me
