  4. Enterococcus faecalis in Semen. Advice?

Enterococcus faecalis in Semen
I have been having pain in my testicles for over 6 months now. Recently I was tested positive with Enterococcus faecalis in semen culture (urine test/culture was normal). Urologist put me on amoxicillin (sensitive in semen culture) for 10 days. But I still have pain in testicles and now slight burning sensation in penis. I will get tested again soon. Any advice? P.S USG abdomen and scrotum normal
