Enterococcus faecalis
Frequency urination and pain ,back pain ,6 times a day to go to urine,I did urine test that result as a enterococcus faecalis what is the treatment for that

You will require a short course of antibiotics as enterococcus faecalis is a gram positive bacterial infection and the bacteria is resistant to the usual antibiotics used for treatment of UTI. Hence, you will require a combined therapy with broad spectrum antibiotics.
Next Steps
If this infection is left untreated then it can damage kidneys
