Enterococcus Faecalis in Semen Culture.

I am having testicle pain from past 6 Weeks now, sometime it happens in left testes and sometimes in right, the pain magnitude keeps fluctuating and pain keeps shifting between two testes. Pain happens usually in scrotum and associated nerves, also i feel burning while urinating and there is a colourless liquid discharge which i can see on penis top whenever i go for urine discharge. I consulted top Urologist and he asked me to go for Semen Culture in which it is found that there is heavy growth of Enterococcus Faecalis, i have been prescribed Anti-biotics Linezolid 600 mg (twice a day) and Prulifloxacin 600 mg (night). I have been having it from past one week but testicle pain is not subsiding completely, it has surely reduced a bit. After sperm ejaculation pain gets worsen. Can you suggest if this treatment will help or should i go for something else also as it took 40+ days to diagnose the bacteria after multiple tests, don't want to waste any further time.
