Left testicle along with left leg pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

2yrs ago,i felt little bit pain in my left testicle at time of semen release.and i felt pain while i did masterbate.but 6 month ago i feel pain in my left testicle along with left leg and my left testicle swallon and hanging lower than right one.6 month ago i consulted with a urologist and did usg report .report said all are normal.but now i feel pain in my left leg and left testicle any time...during musterbation i feel pain in my whole left testicle and at time of semen ejaculation i feel lower part of left testicle swallon and after some time it become normal...
