Dear sir, please suggest enter water in my right ear before 4 days and now having some pain.. Please give me some solution.

No.. You can not use any home remedies for ear. You may have inflammation in ear canal due to dirty water.

Do not put anything in the ears.
For the pain take any pain killer tablet.
Consult if problem still persists.
