Dear dr Please see the pics my tonsils are enlarged actually I am having gastris gerd my food coming back to the mouth , after that I am observe this today my tonsils are different and tonsils are paining , previously some bud like thing arised on my tonsil...please suggest if it is serious

This is chronic pharyngitis ... I would like to know how many times in the year you experience tonsil enlargement and pain in your throat .. according to that we decide either you need medical treatment or surgical treatment .. i think you might experience bad breath too sometimes..
