My father is suffering from enlarged prostate(weight-81.90 gm) and as per the USG report, the impression is Enlarged prostate with median lobe tenting towards urinary bladder.
PSA level is 31.40. Whether it is curable with medicines?

Treatment depends on how much he is symptomatic. If he has only mild symptoms he can be started on medication. But more worrying is his PSA level. It is high. Once the patient is examined we will know how is his prostate. Depending on that he may require prostate biopsy
