At 80 years of age Benign Hypertrophy of Prostate is a natural occurrence. Retention of urine can be relieved by catherization for the time being but for permanent relief a cystoscopic TURP will be necessary subject to his operative fitness. His PSA Level should also be checked as some Pleural Effusion too is reported.
