Good evening sir I am feeling like vomiting many times and during meals. Urine passing is also more feeling like nausea please advise

Is this for first time ?.. how long is this present ? .. Are u married ?.. how s ur menstrual cycle ?.. But as of now u can take some antiemetic .. before every meal that will control all ur symptoms..
