I did my usg yesterday,as its suggest Hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 2.is this worrying? My weight is 105 kgs and blood sugar 238

Hello. You seem to have fatty liver disease with coexisting diabetes. You should get a fasting and post meal (after 2 h) blood glucose level, lipid profile, LFT (AST,ALT, TBil) done along with a urine routine. Also I would like to know your height, physical activity status and blood pressure recordings.
Next Steps
the primary aim would be to reduce weight, it will benefit both the fatty liver and diabetes.
