Regarding fatty liver stage 2
My husband is getting pain in the right side of the upper abdomen, from the past two days, he was diagnosed with fatty liver stage 2, 3 Months earlier, which blood test he needs to take to know it's progression.

The best investigation for fatty liver disease is a FibroScan, as it assesses liver stiffness. You should get an LFT and a FibroScan done no need to repeat the USG. A FibroScan would be the better option.
