Adeno-tinsillectomy done by coblation is usually quick and post operative pain will be present for couple of days. After surgery for a week soft diet is advised. During first post operative day usually ice creams are advised. Surgery can be done in any season. Since surgery involves removal of organ it is always successful and there are no chances of recurrence. Child can go to school within 5 days of surgery
