  4. Englarged testicles. What to do?

Englarged testicles
In childhood while playing i got hit on my right testicle and it was enlarged after that. Got local medicines so the pain was over but its still enlarged after around 8 years. It does not pain and there is not symptoms of any particlar disease as far as i could see. Please help me.. what to do?

Get a scrotal ultrasound done to see the testis size and shape ,also get a semen analysis done.
