Endoscopy Report
My mother is in cancer treatment (oesophagus )now.  She done through chemotherapy and radiation. Last chemotherapy was done on June 20 and last radiation was done on March 2. I have attached my mother endoscopy report here. It was taken now. Could you please verify and tell is my mother is fine or anything serious?

Thanks for the history . From the endoscopy report you have shared I am not able to make out any evidence of residual disease. Frank aspiration that is mentioned in the report could be do a connection that developed between your food pipe and wind pipe - this could be because of treatment or because of growth that was their before . It’s very difficult to differentiate a new or residual growth from post treatment changes in early endoscopy . May need to go for a biopsy from the suspicion site to understand whether it’s a growth or not . From the report you have shared Iam not able to make out any growth as such . So this must be evaluated based on the initial stage of disease, present symptoms. You can share all reports over consult for detailed explanation . Please understand that your further treatment can only be decided based on all information and not based on this endoscopy alone. So it’s always better to consult , with all your reports , otherwise it will be difficult to say what is needed .
