Endometrium thin due to Antara injection
Hi , I have had misccariage last year ( April 2021 ) and immediately they gave antara ( DMPA ) .since them I am experiencing irregular period then and now .recently I went to doctor for my issue and they put me in oral contraceptive pill for 2 months along with weight reduction .next month stopping my pills they done follicular study without giving any medications and I had my ovulation ( delayed ovulation around 21st day ) and Endometrial thickness was thin around 6mm ) .I had my normal cycle only one month and after that my periods again became irregular by having spotting during the mid of the cycle and ovulation didn't happen and endometrium thickness is thin . How long should I need to face all these issue to plan my pregnancy? Do I have anyother treatment options to bring back my normal cycle ( ovulation and good endometrium thickness ) for me to conceive .Please someone help

Please get a sonography done. You may have retained products and you may need a D&C.

The only way to regulate periods till u attain a healthy bmi wud be oral contraceptive pill
