Endometriosis, marriage & infertility.

Usg, jan 2020: RO cyst size- 36*28 mm, LO cyst size - 65*57 mm with internal echoes within. RO measures -34*40 mm & LO measures- 80*61 mm. Till then I continue dienogest 2 mg daily . Recent usg, 2021: Both ovaries are visualized. Left ovary is bulky. Cyst seen in bilateral ovaries measuring (11 x 17) mm in right ovary and (27 x 24) mm in left ovary showing internal echoes within. Right ovary measures 29 x 27 x19 mm. vol = 8 c.c. Left ovary measures 40 x 36 x 25 mm. vol = 19 c.c. Doctor told me to continue this tablet upto december & then cease this tablet. Doctor don't clarify me that what will be the next treatment if I cease this tablet & it's recurr again? Another issue is that as I'm unmarried every time when I consult my doctor he adv. Me to do marriage infront of my parents & they are afraid about that, so they want to give marry soon but i don't want it now as my higher study is on the way & it takes more 2 years to complete. Any Solution to overcome endometriosis??
