Hi docters., Am 24 years old , I got Marge before 6 months , we are planning to pregnancy but not yet. 2 month before I take USG and the report is endometriosis in posterior wall cul de sac and the thickness was 7.1mm...then appencidits wall 3.4 mm, and gastrict problems , sometime I am having suddenly pain in my upper stomech docters say it is ulcer ., Yesterday night I am having lot of pain in upper stomech and breathing problems . Early mrng lot of abdomen pain ...what can I do ? I am taking siddha medictation such as ashokarishtam and cucumin powder , is it any prblm cause my pregnancy plan ? What can I do ? These problems are dangerous ? Plz help me what can I do ?

Hi, list of ur problem can be deal with changes in ur lifestyle,
What u require to do is to be particular about what u eat , like u should have small meals at 3-4 help, avoid oily spicy and junk foods, eat more of fruits and vegetables, drink water around 2-3 litres, exercise a little, lifestyle changes r very imo in such cases.
