Endometriosis. For pregnancy but how?

Do a serum AMH dear . Laparoscopy removal is not advisable if the endometriotic cyst is less than 6 cm and not symptomatic in subfertility patients( German recommendation)

Go for TSH control with Thyronorm 12.5 micrograms one tablet early morning empty stomach daily . Repeat TSH after 6 weeks

After TSH control do the ovulation Induction and oocyte pick up . Then do the laparoscopy for endometriotic cyst removal and do the embryos transfer.
