Endometriomas follow up case
Jan, 2020 I'm diagnosed with bilateral ovarian endometriosis. Test report 01/01/2020: Ft4, cbc, tsh, prolactin, lft all were normal Usg: Lo chocolate cyst size 6.5*5.7 cm & Ro chocolate cyst size 3.6*2.8 CM Ca125: 240.6 Doctor prescribed Emersa 2mg for three months. Test report 11/06/2020: Ca 125: 63.18 Ft4, urine routine test, cbc, tsh, ppbs, urea, serum creatinine, FBS all were normal Usg: Lo cyst size 4.9*3.2 cm & Ro cyst size 2.4*1.8 cm. Usg report 01/10/20: Lo cyst size 3.4*3.2 cm & Ro cyst size 2.1*2.2 cm Usg report 04/01/21: Lo cyst size 2.6*2.4 cm & Ro cyst size 1.6*1.2 cm Usg report 04/04/21: Lo cyst size 3.0*2.7 cm & Ro cyst size 1.7*1.3 cm Usg report of today I share with it. I am on emersa 2 mg..in this treatment period I did not get period, some time I have spotting. I also not prefer surgery as it reccur & I'm also a student, not want to marry soon Now what should do I now?? Continue emersa Or discontinue it?? Plz adv. Thank you.
