Sildenofil is used in dosage of 50 mg per day orally. It is started from day 2 or 3 of the cycle and is continued till date of Ovulation when Progesterone secretion starts.
Vaginal Sildenofil is used as 25 mg twice daily. The tablets are crushed and moistened and kept in the vagina.
