I had my menopause on 2020.
I had post menopausal bleeding last year for 5 days and this year on Feb again for 5 days. Did the TVS, endometrial thickness came out 7mm. Pap smear was normal, no cervical polyp. I have a posterior wall fibroid. I am not on any hormonal therapy. I have moderate hypertension.
Also before the bleeding started I had very sensitive breasts .
After two months, with no more bleeding , I repeated the TVS, the thickness came 5.4 mm.
Can it be cancer? Does thickness reduce in cancer automatically? What should I do? I am scared.
