Endometrial thickness 4.5mm
On 12th day of my cycle endometrial thickness is 4.5 mm. right ovary is 27* 22 mm and left ovary is 22*19 mm. So doctor  advice progynova. Is there any chance of conceive in this cycle? Will my EL increase? I period cycle is 28 -29

The conception also depends on the ovum that has been expelled. Start the progynova and further management would depend on how you respond.

Chances of getting pregnant are like 50-50%. One can't predict. Endometrial thickness is not good. Let's hope for rare.
