Endometrial polyp biopsy report
Hi doctors..I have done my Hysteroscopy and polypectomy last Friday for polyp removal and got my biopsy reports today..in that it is stated that Beni gn endometrial polyp and it is said that seen extensive cells of hemmorhage . Actually after I had very heavy bleeding almost for 8 months ..c section surgery was done after surgery also there was heavy abnormal bleeding however my doctor gave tablets it reduced bt upto 8 months I faced heavy bleeding..my endometrial lining is always thick.last month I missed my periods and went to hospital doctor said polyp is there and she removed it now.. My question is what is this extension cells of hemmorhage means ? Is it happend now or after my delivary ..now its almost years for my delivery..what is the medication required? Plz answer my query
