Endometrial Adenocarcenoma

My mother recently was diagnosed with Endometrial Adenocarcinoma in her Uterus. She got her uterus removed. Histopathology report said FIGO3 > 50% myometrial invasion for the cancerous material. Lymph nodes gave negative. What is the treatment plan suggested?
