Recently I took medical test and here are my reports
T3, Total 3.77 ng/mL 0.70 - 2.04
T4, Total 13.96 µg/dL 5.74 - 13.03
TSH <0.01 µIU/mL 0.34 - 5.60
Already I'm taking thyronorm 100 mcg , now how much I should take?? I felt throat pain sometimes and what measures should i take to make control of it ... I also have a type 1 diabetic and hba1c is 7.4 ... i felt so tired and stressed too much nowadays... Kindly help me regarding my health sir ... Thanks in advance...

You should visit an endocrinologist for further evaluation and management. You need to reduce thyronorm dose.

You should stop your Thyronorm completely.
If you are Type 1 Diabetic then your control of Diabetes is inadequate. You will have to consult an Endocrinologist for adjustment of your doses and diet.
Throat pain is not related to Thyroid or Diabetes. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination.

Your thyroid function tests indicates you are in a state of factitious hyperthyroidism. When this occurs because the prescribed dosage of thyronorm is too high, it is called iatrogenic hyperthyroidism.As you are type diabetic ,you have not mentioned the insulins you are using and the FBS and PPBS readings any symptoms associated with hyperthyroidism
You need to reduce/stop (till the TSH is normal,) the thyronorm dosage depending on your weight ,but it should be under the supervision of your endocrinologist who could adjust your insulin dose
