Hi, It sounds like you're going through a challenging time, and it's understandable that you're feeling anxious and overwhelmed, especially considering your age and the hormonal changes associated with menopause and hypothyroidism. Seek medical attention to address hormonal changes and discuss treatment options. Consider therapy to manage negative thoughts and anxiety. Prioritize self-care, social support, mindfulness, and setting realistic goals. Remember, it's okay to seek help, and with the right support, you can overcome these challenges.

Starting with breath work like box breathing can help calm your mind and body when you're feeling anxious. Additionally, try to catch yourself when you're experiencing these negative thoughts and start writing them down, even if it's just a few lines on your phone's notes app. This can help you gain clarity on your thoughts and emotions. If you're interested, you can reach out to Mind Sculpt for therapy sessions, we have offers going on that might help you take the first step.
